FOR PROJECT DELIVERY, EQUIPMENT & SERVICES

Get the work accepted.
Get the payment released.

SupraOS connects completed work to the tests, handover and contract conditions that release its value. It coordinates the agreed remedy across delivery, the customer and Finance, then verifies the acceptance and payment separately.

THE DECISIONExplore

The installation is complete. One missing test holds the milestone and its payment.

01

$96,000 subject to acceptance

02

One test and an accepted handover

03

Four engineer days reserved

SupraOS Outcome Room
THE OUTCOME

The milestone is nearly ready. Its payment is not.

See what the current plan misses.

Installation is finished, but an accepted test and handover record are missing. The specialist team is shared with another customer milestone.

WHERE IT CHANGES THE RESULT

Close the condition
that keeps value out of reach.

01

Get the milestone accepted

Compare partial handover, a different test sequence or an approved scope adjustment. Protect the engineers and test capacity already promised elsewhere.

02

Resolve a commercial exception

Join a disputed charge or credit to the operational or contractual condition behind it. Compare the remedy, revised terms and the cost of waiting.

03

Carry the outcome into finance

Read the acceptance record, then the invoice, credit or payment record. A project status changing to complete is not the final evidence.

THE FIRST DEPLOYMENT

One milestone or recurring contract exception.

Start with near-complete milestones, payments waiting on an acceptance condition, or agreed credits that have not reached the right account. Bring the commercial or finance owner, delivery evidence and access to the acceptance authority.

Accountable owner
The CFO, Commercial Director or Delivery executive responsible for acceptance and cash.
Evidence and systems
Contract milestones, variations, project work, test records, supplier obligations, customer acceptance and finance records.
Success measure
Accepted work, the correct commercial or finance record, released payment or implemented credit, and a later check that the result remained correct.

Begin with the relevant records and agreed permissions. Expand from an outcome whose work, cost and result can be inspected.

THE OPERATING STANDARD

Every approval.
Every result. Inspectable.

The plan keeps its source evidence, accepted commitments and exact approval. The result is checked in the relevant system and with its owner.

Customer revenue records document earlier deployments separately from the examples on this page.

BEFORE YOU START

The questions
that matter.

Does acceptance automatically count as payment?

No. They are separate checks. Customer acceptance can be complete while payment remains outstanding. SupraOS keeps the financial part open until the agreed record confirms it.

What counts as value?

Actual cash received, an implemented credit, financing cost avoided and incremental margin are different measures. The same amount is not added together under several labels.

Can it make an unfinished project complete?

It can change an attainable sequence, scope or delivery arrangement with approval. Physical work, safety tests and the customer’s acceptance still have to happen.

YOUR FIRST DEPLOYMENT

Which condition
is holding back payment?

Bring the result, the responsible owner and the conditions that need to change. We’ll define the first scope and its success measure.
