Hassan Al-Shama founded SupraOS, designed its architecture, built the core product, sold the first enterprise contracts and led the first production deployments.
Hassan owns the company, product and technical direction. He designed how SupraOS reconstructs the live state around a commercial decision, compares the routes the company can still create, binds consequential actions to named authority and checks the resulting destination and customer conditions.
He remains directly involved in product architecture, enterprise sales and deployment. The product came from a repeated operating problem: every function could complete its own work while the commercial outcome still failed between systems, owners and decision boundaries.
Hassan created Verified Transition World Models around three questions: what company futures can this action create, which permitted route should run, and what did the authoritative destination and customer condition become afterward? VTWM compares action-conditioned futures before execution and uses the observed result to sharpen later forecasts.
Hassan led enterprise and public-sector work spanning corporate transformation, M&A, strategic minerals, energy infrastructure, advanced data centres, financial technology and large-scale development. The operating record covered more than 30 mandates across 16 countries without outside capital.
That work moved from strategy into the operating detail needed to deliver it: commercial structures, procurement, delegated authority, information security, partners, local institutions and accountable execution. The repeated lesson was that strategy failed when nobody carried the complete path from decision to evidence and outcome.
Hassan led a four-person strategy engagement spanning Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Spain and the United States. The work joined pricing, procurement, industrial and macroeconomic evidence into an Airbus-specific strategy for pricing, smart logistics, workforce transition and data-enabled operations.
He led an enterprise AI and robotic-automation strategy covering automation economics, process selection, privacy, authorization and a seven-stage path from proof of concept to production and continuous improvement.
Hassan holds an LL.M. in Business Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne; an MBA and Master in Management from ESCP Business School; and a BBA in Financial Economics, cum laude, from the American University in Dubai. He works across English, Arabic, French and Turkish.
