Website Terms of Use.
These Terms govern the public website. Signed customer agreements—not these website terms—control evaluations, deployments, data processing, security, and commercial services.
Effective and last reviewed: 16 July 2026
1. Who operates this website
The public website and SupraOS brand are operated by SupraOS Limited. These Terms apply to supraos.co and public pages, previews, product materials and forms operated by SupraOS Limited.
2. Business users and authority
The site is intended primarily for business and professional users. By submitting information on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
3. Website terms—not product terms
These Terms govern the public website. Customer evaluations, paid deployments, product processing, service levels, security commitments, data protection, and commercial scope are governed by the applicable signed agreement, DPA, security schedule, order form, and deployment documentation.
4. Website access
SupraOS may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue public content or access where reasonably necessary. Public availability does not create a commitment to provide a product feature, connector, certification, deployment model, or customer outcome.
5. Company Scan, demo, and preview requests
Submitting a Company Scan, demo, access, or diligence request does not create a customer relationship, guarantee access, reserve capacity, or obligate SupraOS to proceed. Information must be accurate and must not include secrets, unlawful material, or data you are not authorised to provide.
6. Preview and demo environments
Preview, demo, sample, and illustrative environments may use synthetic or anonymised content, may change without notice, and may not represent a generally available production configuration.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, credential abuse, source-code extraction, security circumvention, scraping that disrupts the site, denial-of-service, malware delivery, or unlawful activity.
- Do not use public materials to misrepresent affiliation, certification, customer status, product availability, or endorsement.
- Good-faith security research is governed exclusively by the Security Contact and vulnerability-disclosure policy.
8. Intellectual property
The SupraOS name, marks, software, designs, product materials, text, visualisations, documentation, and public content are owned by or licensed to SupraOS. No licence is granted except the limited right to view and use the public site for legitimate business evaluation.
9. Submissions and feedback
You retain rights in material you submit. You grant SupraOS the rights reasonably necessary to receive, review, respond to, secure, and administer the request. Feedback may be used to improve SupraOS without an obligation to compensate you, provided SupraOS does not publish your confidential information without permission.
10. Metrics, cases, and forward-looking statements
Public metrics, examples, research results, and case descriptions are presented with their stated definitions and limitations. Historical or controlled-evaluation results do not guarantee future customer or production performance. Product direction and future-looking statements may change.
11. Third-party services and links
Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. SupraOS does not control them and is not responsible for their content or availability.
12. Privacy and no advice
The Privacy Policy governs personal data collected through the public site. Public materials are not legal, financial, accounting, security, regulatory, or other professional advice.
13. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or achievement of a business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupraOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising solely from use of the public website.
14. Suspension and termination
SupraOS may restrict or terminate access for misuse, security risk, legal requirement, or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
Customer agreements identify the applicable SupraOS Limited operating presence, contracting jurisdiction, governing law and forum for each engagement. Public-site matters not governed by a customer agreement follow the relevant operating presence and mandatory local law.
16. General and changes
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a revised effective date.
