Cookie Notice.

Optional analytics is consent-based, first-party, and reversible. Public-site access remains available if analytics is rejected.

Effective and last reviewed: 16 July 2026

1. The short version

SupraOS uses one necessary cookie to remember your choice. Optional first-party analytics starts only after you select Accept analytics. SupraOS does not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or Google Analytics in this implementation.

2. Cookies used on supraos.co

CookieTypePurposeDuration
supraos_cookie_consentNecessaryRemembers whether analytics was rejected or accepted.180 days
supraos_vidOptional analyticsFirst-party visitor identifier created only after analytics consent.180 days
supraos_sidOptional analyticsFirst-party session identifier refreshed during an active analytics session.30 minutes

3. What first-party analytics records

  • Page path and title, without raw query strings or full URLs.
  • Referrer origin and path without raw query parameters.
  • Approved campaign fields: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and utm_term.
  • Clicks, outbound-link events, scroll depth, form start and submit events, and page duration.
  • Browser, device, operating-system category, language, timezone, screen, and viewport.
  • IP address, IP prefix, and country lookup when analytics is accepted. The raw full IP is removed from analytics events no later than 30 days after collection.

Analytics does not collect the text typed into deployment request, demo, access, or other form fields.

4. Your choice

The first banner presents two equal choices: Reject analytics and Accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not block public-site access. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer and change the choice at any time.

5. Withdrawal

When analytics is rejected or withdrawn, SupraOS stops new optional analytics events and deletes the supraos_vid and supraos_sid cookies from the current host and the .supraos.co domain where technically available.

6. Browser controls and product environments

You may also clear or block cookies through your browser. Product or customer environments may use separate strictly necessary session or security technologies described in the applicable customer documentation; this notice covers the public website analytics implementation.

7. Contact

Questions about cookies or analytics should be sent to privacy@supraos.co, monitored by the SupraOS privacy team.

Essential server records

Public requests that reach SupraOS are recorded in a pseudonymized server ledger for security, reliability, audience measurement and gap detection. Network information is masked; raw IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not retained in the visitor ledger.

Optional browser engagement

Clicks, active duration, scroll depth, forms and Demo interactions are recorded only through the first-party browser analytics choice described on this site.

Available source data

Referrer and geographic information are shown only when supplied by the browser, network or local geolocation data. Unavailable information is not inferred or invented.
