Managed rollout offering and first sales
Repeated buyer demand became a repeatable offer and three executed commitments.
Confirmed by Finance, Revenue Operations and Delivery.
The product existed. The offer buyers needed did not.
Four late-stage prospects wanted software, implementation, integration support and a named launch owner. Sales was creating separate exceptions, while the internal team lacked capacity to deliver all four directly.
The work that carried the result.
SupraOS tested one managed-rollout package with the buyers, compared internal, licensed and partner routes, and secured the approved hybrid model. Product, Delivery, Finance, Legal and the partner completed the offer, economics, contracts and reserved capacity.
The commercial record closed at source.
Revenue Operations confirmed $129k, $116k and $99k first-year agreements. Finance matched them to billing schedules; Delivery confirmed two customers had entered implementation. The fourth prospect remained open and was not counted.
$344k in first-year customer commitments executed. One reusable offer established.
Access, authority and destination checks.
