SUPRAOS · 2025–PRESENT

Building AI that can act inside a company—and prove the result.

At SupraOS, Hassan owns the company, product and technical direction. He designed the core architecture that joins company facts, specialist agents, human authority, execution and proof around one live commercial outcome. He remains hands-on in the production system.

His thesis is simple: companies do not need another assistant that recommends work. They need a system that can carry consequential work across the company without losing context, authority or accountability.

VERIFIED TRANSITION WORLD MODELS

Predict the consequence. Then prove what happened.

Hassan created VTWM around three questions autonomous systems usually collapse: may this action run, what will it change and did the expected change actually occur?

VTWM compares possible futures before execution and checks the resulting state afterwards. Hassan also designed the Transition Receipt, which binds the starting state, evidence, authority, expected and forbidden changes, execution and verified result into one record.

HYLMAN · 2019–2025

Built a cross-border company from scratch.

At Hylman, Hassan led enterprise and public-sector work spanning corporate transformation, M&A, strategic minerals, energy infrastructure, advanced data centres, financial technology and large-scale development.

He also built the institution behind the work: cross-border delivery, procurement, delegated authority, information security, business continuity and quality systems. That operating experience became part of the foundation behind SupraOS.

The work took him from board-level strategy into the operating detail required to deliver it: commercial structures, governance, capital, partners, local institutions and accountable execution. The repeated lesson was that strategy failed when nobody carried the full path from decision to evidence and outcome.
