The Consequence Gateway decides what may run now.
Before release, SupraOS refreshes the relevant company state, asks VTWM what the action is likely to change, applies the customer’s rules and binds the exact authority. A changed target, payload, state or execution context returns through the Gateway.
Wait for the missing condition
A required fact, decision, dependency or proof path is not yet complete.
Do not release the move
The action is prohibited, expired, outside authority or cannot reach a provable state.
Execution is recoverable by design.
Before the point of no return
Preconditions, safe retries and duplicate prevention keep retries from creating a second business event.
At partial completion
SupraOS holds the case, exposes completed and incomplete state, and launches the defined repair or compensation path.
After execution
Immediate read-back proves the destination state; delayed observers verify persistence, downstream obligations and the commercial horizon.
Failure becomes a governed state—not a lost handoff.
People stay inside the live Outcome Room.
People can add evidence, take work, redirect a route, approve an exact action or stop execution while agents continue across the remaining graph. Human authority is part of the operating system, not an exception outside it.
